Preparation: Kava is typically made into a drink that is consumed primarily as a tranquilizer to aid relaxation while purpotedly not affecting mental clarity. Add some powder to water and blend then strain through a nylon stocking. There are other ways to mix your kava and even some delicious instant kava products that you only need to add water to and stir! Easy Breezy Beautiful!!

Kava Hawaii is a family business based in Kailua, Hawaii that extends to Tonga.
Royal Kava Hawaii began selling their kava in 1999. They take pride in their quality
kava which contains no additives. Their kava is cultivated pesticide-free in Tonga,
where it is harvested only after 5+ years. Only the best part of the kava plant is used, the root, which is most rich in kava lactones.
They package the kava themselves at their home business in Kailua, Hawaii.
Our first experience with kava was with Royal Kava and after trying many different kinds we can say it is one of our favorites!
The effects on the mind and body are the ones you can expect from good kava; your lips and tongue will become a little numb, and then the effects of the kava lactones will work their way into your brain and body, leaving you feeling relaxed and happy.
